You provide: name, email, phone, postal address, role (athlete/parent/coach), account and contact information, school/sport, profile details, communication preferences, and any content you upload (posts, photos, videos, messages).

Payments: processed by third-party processors; we don't store full card numbers.

Automatically: IP address, device/browser data, pages viewed, session time, referral URLs, approximate location, and cookie/analytics data.

From third parties: limited data from form tools, single-sign-on, or integrations you choose to connect.

We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any personal data, to:

• Provide and secure the portal, content, and subscriber features.
• Process subscriptions, billing, and account support.
• Send operational and marketing emails/SMS (updates, reminders, promotions, scholarship alerts, webinars).
• Personalize content and improve the site/portal.
• Comply with law; prevent fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms.

By providing your email or mobile number, you consent to receive messages from us, including marketing.
