You must be 13+ to use the Services; if under 18, you must have parent/guardian consent. Keep your credentials confidential and notify us of unauthorized use. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend this Website, and any service or material we provide on the Website, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the Website is unavailable at any time for any period. From time to time, we may restrict user access, including registered user access, to some parts of the Website or the entire Website.

Paid features may require a subscription (e.g., Pro, Elite, Recruiter). You authorize us or our processor to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until canceled. Prices may change; we'll notify you in advance where required. Except where required by law or expressly stated, fees are non-refundable.

By providing your contact info, you consent to receive operational and marketing communications by email and/or SMS. Unsubscribe via link or reply STOP for SMS. Consent isn't a purchase condition.

You agree not to:

• post or share unlawful, harmful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, infringing, or deceptive content;
• impersonate others or misrepresent affiliations;
• data-mine, scrape, reverse engineer, or circumvent access controls;
• upload malware or attempt to disrupt the Services;
• misuse any scholarship, contact lists, or coach directories (e.g., spam, resale, unauthorized marketing);
• collect personal information about other users except as permitted by law and these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Bullfrog a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your content solely to operate, improve, promote, and provide the Services (including backups, moderation, and displaying within the portal). You represent you have rights to the content you share. Any user contribution content must comply with the law and Terms. Any user contribution is considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. You understand and acknowledge that you are responsible for any user contributions you submit or contribute, and you, not the Company, have full responsibility for such content, including its legality, reliability, accuracy, and appropriateness. We are not responsible or liable to any third party for the content or accuracy of any user contributions posted by you or any other user of the Website.

All Bullfrog trademarks, logos, training materials, text, graphics, videos, code, and other content are owned by Bullfrog or its licensors and protected by law. Except as expressly allowed, you may not copy, modify, distribute, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any part of the Services or Bullfrog trademarks without prior written consent.

The Services may integrate with third-party providers (e.g., payment processors, email/SMS platforms, portal/community software). Those providers' terms and privacy policies apply to their services. We are not responsible for third-party acts or omissions.

These content standards apply to any and all user contributions and use of the interactive Services. Your user contributions must in their entirety comply with all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws and regulations. Without limiting the foregoing, your user contributions must not:

• Contain any material that is defamatory, obscene, indecent, abusive, offensive, harassing, violent, hateful, inflammatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Promote sexually explicit or pornographic material, violence, or discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.
• Infringe any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property or other rights of any other person.
• Violate the legal rights (including the rights of publicity and privacy) of others or contain any material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under applicable laws or regulations or that otherwise may be in conflict with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
• Be likely to deceive any person.
• Promote any illegal activity, or advocate, promote, or assist any unlawful act.
• Cause annoyance, inconvenience, embarrass, alarm, or humiliate any other person.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or organization.
• Give the impression that they emanate from or are endorsed by us or any other person or entity, if this is not the case.

If you believe that any user contributions violate your copyright, please send us a notice of copyright infringement immediately upon your discovery. It is the policy of the Company to terminate the user accounts of repeated infringers or violators of these Terms. The copyright infringement policy we follow adheres to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and we will remove infringing content in compliance with the DMCA upon applicable notice.

Information provided (including scholarships, recruiting tips, webinars, and "Outside the Arena" resources) is educational, not legal, financial, medical, or professional advice. You are responsible for decisions you make based on the content.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, or specific outcomes (e.g., recruit placement, scholarship awards).

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BULLFROG AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOST PROFITS; LOSS OF DATA; OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO BULLFROG IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) $100.

You agree to indemnify and hold Bullfrog harmless from and against claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your content, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access (with or without notice) for violations, risk, legal requirements, or discontinuation of Services. Certain sections survive termination (e.g., IP, Disclaimers, Liability Limits, Indemnity, Dispute Resolution).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Arbitration & Class-Action Waiver: Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. No class actions or class arbitrations. You and Bullfrog each waive the right to a jury trial. You may seek individual relief in small-claims court in Natrona County, Wyoming, if eligible. Any cause of action or claim you may have arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Website must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues, otherwise, such cause of action or claim is permanently barred.

We may modify or discontinue features at any time. We may update these Terms; the "Last Updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
